Delivery Method

Delivery Timeframe

  • Most image processing tasks are completed and delivered within 10–60 seconds, depending on server load and file size.
  • If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be notified via email or dashboard alert.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical products. All products are digitally delivered and available online. As such, there are:

  • No shipping carriers involved
  • No tracking numbers
  • No customs or import duties

Delivery Issues

If you:

  • Do not receive access within 1 hour of purchase
  • Encounter errors in processing or download
  • Cannot access your dashboard
